
Deployed Peppermint Ticket Management on Linode

To demonstrate my understanding of IT ticketing systems, I deployed a custom ticketing system called Peppermint using the cloud service Linode for my friends and family. This system allows users to submit, track, and manage support requests efficiently. I gained hands-on experience with key aspects of ticketing systems, including ticket categorization, priority assignment, and resolution tracking. This project not only showcased my technical skills but also my ability to design user-friendly solutions that streamline support processes and enhance the user experience. Deploying Peppermint was a valuable learning experience that has prepared me to excel in professional IT support roles.
